This last suburb on the way up Mt Wellington has light snow falls most winters and breathtaking views over Hobart to the east coast. Some larger homes but mostly quaint vertical board cottages. A lot of residents like the quiet 'alternative' lifestyle out of the city but it is really only a few minutes drive back down to the CBD!
