Please enter all information correctly, as failure to do so may result in delays in processing your application. We will contact you within 48 hours (business days response time) of receiving your application. The following are required before your application can be fully processed:

A separate application form is required from all adults wishing to occupy the premises and addition to completing the application form all applicants will need to supply the following documentation:

a) Photo Identification - Passport, drivers licence or student ID
b) Current Credit Report - Local reports can be obtained from TCS (Tasmanian Collection Service), 29 Argyle Street, Hobart, ph: (03) 6213 5555. Interstate reports can be sourced from Baycorp by phone 1300 762 207 or at www.mycreditfile.com.au

Once you have completed the form, it can be faxed back to the office on 03 6224 4712 or delivered to our office during business hours.
