To prepare a rental appraisal involves us arranging a suitable time to meet you or a representative at your property. We then walk through the property making notes and taking a few photos for office use only! We also try and get a feel for your personal motivation for wanting to lease out the property. Someone who has a property purely as an investment may be looking for a totally different style of tenancy and property management to an owner/occupier who is just moving away from a well loved family home for a year. We adapt our management services to suit the needs of our clients.
We will then assess in our office what rental levels have been achieved for similar properties in the area and what the supply/ demand factor is currently like before advising you of our rental assessment of your property. We can also offer suggestions on ways to improve the potential rental income.
